Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or production planning.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the correct integration of orders from customers, monitoring and control of raw materials ordering process based on orders from customer.
• Ensuring proper conduct of the order fulfillment process from receipt of order to after-sales service updating the system SAP/R3 (delivery schedules to customer, the basic raw materials and the compilation and analysis of customer procurement and supplier).
• Supervision of preparation of products for shipment and invoicing.
• Analysis of inventories of finished goods and raw materials - corrective and preventive action Study reasons having to send special transport - analysis, corrective and preventive actions.
• Active participation in the preparation of logistics complaints from customer (8D report) and initiation and creation of logistics complaints to suppliers.
• Coordination of launching new projects and ending of existing.
• Staying in e-mail and telephone contact with customers and suppliers.
• Responding to changes in customer orders in a proper manner.
