Job description

Due to the dynamic development of the company, we are looking for candidates for the position - Logistics Specialist.

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00.

Responsibilities

• Contacting retail customers (organizing and resolving delivery and billing issues)
• Settling documents with the sales department
• Generating orders for suppliers
• Assisting in creating commercial price lists
• Compiling sales documents and contracts
• Assisting with office operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in office work
• Experience in working with retail customers
• Analytical skills and ability to identify problems and find solutions
• Ability to plan and organize own work
• Ability to work in a team
• Desire to learn and positive attitude towards work
• Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of the SUBIEKT program is a plus
