Job summary

Vos Logistics in Radomsko is seeking a proactive HR assistant to support recruitment, onboarding and translation tasks for our Russian-speaking employees and clients. You will collaborate with domestic and foreign agencies and help prepare and complete documentation.

Key duties include documentary accuracy, data entry, scanning and archiving records, and resolving any document discrepancies with staff and partners, while monitoring task costs.

Qualifications

• at least secondary education.
• very good knowledge of Russian - a necessary condition due to communication with foreign employees and clients,
• good knowledge of English - a necessary condition due to communication with foreign employees and clients,
• good knowledge of Polish - a necessary condition due to communication with employees,
• ability to use MS Office, particularly Excel,
• accuracy and meticulousness,
• communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts,
• proactivity and independence in action,
• ability to think logically and solve problems,
• good work organization and ability to set priorities,
• persons with office work experience are welcome, but this is not a necessary condition

Responsibilities

We are looking for a person to join our branch in Radomsko and support us in communicating with employees in Russian. The role requires flexibility, as the areas of support within the HR department are quite broad - from recruitment and onboarding to assisting with the translation of more complex topics related to our drivers' working time and payroll settlements.

The main tasks of the person employed in this position will include supporting the recruitment processes and ongoing cooperation with domestic and foreign employment agencies. The person in this position will also be in contact with employees, supporting them in preparing and completing the required documentation.

The duties will also include checking the correctness, compliance, and completeness of documents, entering data into systems, and scanning and archiving documentation. An essential element of the job will also be explaining any discrepancies in documents in cooperation with employees and domestic and foreign clients.

The scope of duties will also include ongoing control of costs associated with the implementation of assigned tasks.
