Job summary

Bosch in Poland is seeking a Logistics Specialist for the Automotive Aftermarket team in Biskupice Podgórne. You will support international projects, coordinating warehousing operations and driving process improvements in a modern, multinational setting.

The role emphasizes SAP-based logistics, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven reporting with a focus on accuracy, customer service, and cost optimization. Fluency in English and Polish is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehousing processes and SAP.
• Experience with cooperation with third party companies.

Responsibilities

• Communication between internal departments and Logistic Service Provider.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of KPI targets.
• Address and track inquiries to respective departments.
• Monitor daily warehouse operations.
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Receipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP.
• Clarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or process deviations.
• Assist in improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structure.
• Prepare documents for accounting.
• Supervise correct circulation of correspondence.
• Support in reporting and procedures for administration and logistics.
• Prepare documents for tender processes and participate in tenders.

Task and responsibilities:

• Communication between internal departments and Logistic Service Provider
• Actively contribute to the achievement of KPR/KPI Targets.
• Address and track internal and external inquiries to the respective internal departments
• Monitor daily warehouse operations
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction
• Receipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP
• Clarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or other process deviations
• Assistance in the improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structure
• Preparation documents for the accounting department
• Supervision over the correct circulation of correspondence
• Support in the development of reports and procedures in the area of administration and logistics
• Active preparation of documents for tender process and direct involvement in tender process
