Job summary

Bosch is looking for a Logistic Specialist in Biskupice Podgórne to support international logistics, coordinate with internal teams and external providers, and drive process improvements. You will work with SAP to track deliveries, monitor daily warehouse activities, and help optimize warehouse structure while contributing to KPI achievement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between internal departments and Logistics Service Providers.
• Actively contribute to the achievement of KPI targets.
• Address inquiries to the respective internal departments and monitor warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Handle receipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and warehouse structure.
• Prepare documents for accounting and tender processes.

Looking for a role that combines international collaboration and logistics? Join our Automotive Aftermarket team in Biskupice Podgórne, where thousands of automotive parts move through our warehouse to customers around the Europe. As a Logistic Specialist, you will work alongside an experienced and friendly team, supporting innovative projects and process improvements. Task and responsibilities:

• Communication between internal departments and Logistic Service Provider
• Actively contribute to the achievement of KPR/KPI Targets.
• Address and track internal and external inquiries to the respective internal departments
• Monitor daily warehouse operations
• Cooperate with other departments to achieve customer satisfaction
• Receipt, control and accounting of goods deliveries in SAP
• Clarification of customer complaints, stock deviations or other process deviations
• Assistance in the improvement of logistic processes and warehouse structure
• Preparation documents for the accounting department
• Supervision over the correct circulation of correspondence
• Support in the development of reports and procedures in the area of administration and logistics
• Active preparation of documents for tender process and direct involvement in tender process

Qualifications

• University degree/ High School Diploma
• Knowledge of warehousing processes
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with cooperation with third party companies
• Cost reduction and customer orientation

• Willingness to work in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages is mandatory
• Knowledge on German language will be considered as a plus
