Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in order handling, logistics, or customer service.
• Background in technical sector SSC/BPO is a plus.
• Strong professional communication skills in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP based on customer and sales input.
• Maintain phone and email contact with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure deliveries and material flow.
• Manage warranty and return processes and document actions.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
