Job summary

Siemens is seeking a motivated Junior Logistics Specialist to join the Shared Services team supporting the global software business of Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You will manage software orders from international Siemens entities, ensure accurate invoicing, and communicate with stakeholders worldwide.

You will work with regional teams, Product Managers, Sales, IT and other global functions to optimize the order flow, pricing verification, and reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or shared services is a plus.
• German at least B1 level and written communication; English at least B2.
• Good IT literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Knowledge of SAP SD/MM is an asset.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage software product orders from Siemens entities globally within headquarters systems.
• Verify pricing and support invoicing, including related documentation.
• Coordinate information flows with regional organizations and handle inquiries.
• Support end-to-end order management activities for assigned regions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, IT, and other global teams.
• Prepare and support reporting for software products and license management.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service level expectations.
