Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for building trust-based relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage logisticsextra-cost claims, ensuringaccuratecost verification, documentation, and use of cost codes.
• Lead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare reports that support decision-making.
• Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure each case is properly documented.
• Partner with internal stakeholders tomonitorand follow up on extra-cost levels across carriers, units, and distributioncenters.
• Identifyimprovement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans together withInternal stakeholders.
• Drive a cost-conscious mindset by sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with Transport Service Providers and contribute to developing smarter ways of working for the future.
