Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing and developing business relations with external partners.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills essential.
• Economic/financial understanding and ability to work with numbers.
• Knowledge of production processes and related cost drivers is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Polish is a plus.
• Ability to build relations and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Active driving license B required.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business agenda with suppliers and ensure seamless supply performance.
• Develop annual action plans with the team and suppliers and deliver them yearly.
• Collaborate with a Production Engineer and a Supply Planner to optimize production and logistics.
• Lead initiatives to grow the category and improve sustainability and cost efficiency.
