Inter IKEA Group in Warsaw is seeking a Logistics Deviation Specialist for a 12-month contract to manage extra-cost claims, verify costs, and support cost-conscious decisions within the supply chain.

As aLogistics Deviation Specialist, you will join a team of specialists and report to the Logistics Deviation Manager. We know our strength is naming our products, not our jobs, but this role offers plenty of opportunities to grow, make an impact, and help shape the future of our Supply Chain.
Managelogisticsextra-cost claims, ensuringaccuratecost verification, documentation, and use of cost codes.
Lead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare reports that support decision-making.
Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure each case is properly documented.
Partner with internal stakeholders tomonitorand follow up on extra-cost levels across carriers, units, and distributioncenters.
Identifyimprovement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans together withInternal stakeholders.
Drive a cost-conscious mindset by sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with Transport Service Providers and contribute to developing smarter ways of working for the future.
At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, ora relatedfield.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
Fluent spoken and written English.
