Job summary

Maersk in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented logistics data analyst to manage Shipping Instructions and shipment data across SCM systems. You will monitor statuses, ensure timely submissions, and collaborate with Planning, Documentation and FinOps teams to maintain data quality and transparency for customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Update Shipping Instructions and shipment data in SCM systems with accuracy.
• Monitor shipment status and reflect milestones across platforms.
• Submit Shipping Instructions before carrier cut-off times and verify data.
• Collaborate with Planning, Documentation, FinOps, vendors and carriers.
• Ensure data quality, KPI monitoring, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in automation and system enhancement projects.
