Job summary

Maersk in Poland is seeking a LCL Operations Associate to manage end-to-end import and export shipments. You will own the order scope, process daily orders, and collaborate with the Operations and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing and cost accruals.

You should have experience in a service-oriented environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, international setting. This is a full-time role based in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage orders with timelines spanning several days/weeks.
• Strong communication skills with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end shipment management for import/export (LCL/FCL).
• Process and execute daily orders; own the order scope as delegated.
• Monitor order inflow and plan transport together with Operations team.
• Update revenue and manage cost accruals; ensure timely billing and clear vendor invoices.
