C.H. Robinson, one of the world’s largest logistics platforms, is seeking an Ocean Export Agent to join our Global Forwarding team in Warsaw. You will manage end-to-end ocean export shipments and ensure documentation compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ocean export experience with a forwarder.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong knowledge of ocean export documentation and international shipping.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery, ensuring SOPs and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, and invoicing activities.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support.
• Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in customer reviews and support business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Compensation Range

zł84,800.00 - zł170,000.00
