C.H. Robinson in Warsaw is seeking an Ocean Export Agent to join our Global Forwarding team.

You will manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensure documentation compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves collaboration with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal teams, with on-site presence three days a week and flexible remote work options to balance teamwork and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ocean export experience with a forwarder.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Strong knowledge of ocean export documentation, international shipping processes, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean export shipments from origin to delivery per SOPs.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs docs, arrival notices, delivery, and invoicing.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support.
• Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to service, quality, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in customer reviews and support business growth through exceptional service delivery.

As a successful Ocean Export Agent, you will manage end-to-end ocean export shipments, ensuring seamless transportation, documentation compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable import solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage ocean import shipments from origin through final delivery while ensuring compliance with customer SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate bookings, shipment tracking, customs documentation, arrival notices, delivery arrangements, and invoicing activities.
• Monitor shipment milestones and proactively resolve transportation, documentation, and service issues.
• Collaborate with carriers, overseas offices, agents, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build strong customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and service support.
• Provide shipment status updates, operational reporting, and documentation support to customers and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation Range

zł84,800.00 - zł170,000.00
