3M in Wroclaw seeks an Analyst for the EMEA Logistics Control Tower. You will support Front Office visibility and back office planning, collaborating with Sales, CSR, CIR, and Planning teams to ensure reliable transportation performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong analytical skills, fluent English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This office-based position offers exposure to global logistics operations and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Monitor transportation performance and end-to-end visibility across markets, focusing on high-priority orders.
• Proactively communicate status and identify risks before impacting customers.
• Lead cross-functional escalation and recovery processes for transportation-related issues.
• Act as single transportation contact for assigned markets, partnering with Sales, CSR, CIR and Planning teams.
• Monitor service metrics and user experience; identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Plan transportation requirements, balance network demand, and secure carrier resources.
• Oversee shipment execution from booking to delivery and coordinate with plants, DCs and hubs.
• Ensure carrier compliance with service levels and monitor progress; lead recovery actions.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Analyst at the EMEA Logistics Control Tower, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Please note: We are collecting applications for both roles through a single, joint process. You do not need to decide on a specific track when applying – during the interview stage we will discuss your preferences and together with you identify whether the Front Office or Back Office track is the better fit.

Front Office – visibility, escalations & business partnership

• Monitor transportation performance and ensure end-to-end shipment visibility across assigned markets, with a focus on critical and high-priority customer orders
• Proactively communicate transportation status and identify risks before they impact customers
• Lead cross-functional escalation and recovery processes and manage transportation-related customer escalations
• Act as the single transportation point of contact for assigned markets, building strong relationships with Sales, CSR, CIR and Planning teams
• Monitor service and customer-experience metrics, identify recurring root causes and recommend improvement initiatives
• Capture market feedback and share customer insights to drive continuous improvement in transportation visibility and service quality

Back Office – planning, execution & operational performance

• Plan transportation requirements within the defined planning horizon, anticipating capacity constraints and securing carrier resources
• Balance network demand across hubs, plants and distribution centres while optimising transportation utilisation and lane efficiency
• Manage shipment execution from booking through final delivery, coordinating with plants, DCs and hubs
• Ensure carrier compliance with agreed service levels, monitor shipment progress and lead recovery actions when disruptions occur
• Monitor carrier performance against contractual KPIs and drive corrective actions and improvement plans
• Standardise transportation processes, support the implementation of transportation systems and digital solutions, and maintain data integrity and process compliance

Your Skills And Expertise – Minimum requirements

• Experience in transportation, logistics, customer service or supply chain (Front Office: customer‑facing environment; Back Office: transportation execution or planning activities)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic operational environment
• Strong communication skills to work cross‑functionally with a variety of functions and partners
• Multi‑cultural mindset and collaborative, team‑player attitude
• Solid analytical and data‑driven approach with a problem‑solving mindset
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and execution discipline; ability to influence without direct authority
• Fluency in English; knowledge of any other EU language (especially German and French) is a plus
