Metsä Group Financial Shared Service Center in Gdańsk is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for the logistics invoicing team. You will lead a team, ensure accurate AP processing, and collaborate with clients and SSC processes to optimize performance in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in an Accounts Payable or logistics invoicing team.
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Fluency in Business English; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Logistics Invoicing team and manage daily workload and priorities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of logistics-related AP activities.
• Coordinate with Logistics, transport planners, suppliers and other SSC/AP teams; monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
