Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will lead a team of Senior AP Specialists and AP Specialists, ensuring operational delivery and KPI achievement in a hybrid Krakow office.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, manage risks and collaborate with the AP Tower lead to meet customer needs. Requirements include a finance degree, 10+ years in GBS/BPO, SAP S/4HANA experience, and Lean Six Sigma Green

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• End-to-end AP process knowledge and SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day AP operations and balance workload across the team.
• Drive performance with data-driven insights and meet KPIs.
• Develop team capabilities through performance reviews and coaching.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues and collaborate with AP Tower lead.
• Maintain controls and governance around Accounts Payable processes.
