Rolls-Royce Kraków Global Capability Centre is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Team Lead on a 3-year FTC. You will lead senior AP specialists, manage daily operations, and drive performance against KPIs while developing your team.

You’ll collaborate with the AP Tower and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely payables and continuous process improvements in a high-performing finance environment. This role offers exposure to global markets, governance around controls, and opportunities

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Expert knowledge of end-to-end AP process and related accounting.
• Experience in resource planning, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Experience managing an AP team and driving performance against KPIs.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training - desirable but not essential.

• Operational Delivery - Coordinates and supervises day-to-day prioritising of tasks, balancing workload across the team.
• Performance Management and CI - Drives team and process performance through data driven insights.
• Stakeholder Management - Provide updates to stakeholders and leadership; Drives operational governance.
• Risk, Compliance & Controls - Maintain controls and procedures of Accounts Payable process; strong governance around controls.
• Team Management - Mentor and provide guidance to peers and team members; share learnings across departments.
