Job summary

Lundbeck GBS Krakow is seeking an inspiring and hands-on Team Manager to lead our Accounts Payable Query team. You will combine people leadership with responsibility for high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with AP Processing, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve queries, address root causes and improve processes, while focusing on supplier and internal stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Operational Procurement or a related finance operations function.
• Experience in team management and SAP FI and MM modules.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field.
• English at C1 level; another European language is welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong decision-making, business partnering, negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable Query team, supporting suppliers and internal stakeholders with AP-related questions, exceptions and escalations.
• Ensure quality, timeliness and effectiveness of services delivered by the team.
• Use KPIs, stakeholder feedback and root-cause analysis to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable Processing, Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
• Create an ownership culture and develop capabilities across boundaries.
