Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
• 10+ years’ experience in a GBS or BPO setting.
• Experience with end-to-end AP processes and related accounting.
• ERP SAP S/4HANA experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational Delivery – Coordinates and supervises day-to-day prioritising of tasks, balancing workload across the team.
• Performance Management and CI – Drives team and process performance through data driven insights and documentation.
• Stakeholder Management – Provides regular updates to stakeholders and leadership; drives governance.
• Risk, Compliance & Controls – Maintains controls of Accounts Payable; ensures governance as per requirements.
• Team Management – Mentors and guides team members; delivers timely feedback and knowledge sharing.
