Metsä Group’s Financial Shared Service Center in Gdańsk is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Leader for the logistics invoicing group. You will lead daily operations, supervise a team of associates, and ensure timely, accurate processing of all logistics-related AP activities.

The role requires leadership experience, strong SAP/P2P knowledge, and fluent Business English. You will collaborate with clients, transport planners, and other SSC teams to drive continuous improvement and standardization

Qualificações

• Experience in a leadership role within AP/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes related to invoicing.
• Experience with SAP and Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Proficiency in Business English for international cooperation.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and develop the Logistics Invoicing team.
• Manage daily workload, priorities, resources and performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of logistics AP activities.
• Oversee freight, handling, storage and other logistics costs.
• Ensure self-billing and verification processes run smoothly.
• Act as escalation point for issues and discrepancies.
