You will communicate with company overseas branches, process export and import orders, handle inquiries and quality issues, and continuously develop skills through our training plan.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients (the company's overseas branches) via email and telephone, in accordance with Customer Service Standards
• Processing export and import orders in accordance with applicable procedures
• Handling enquiries, irregularities and quality complaints from internal and external clients
• Acquiring and developing skills in accordance with the current training plan for the department and the company
