Job summary

DSV Road GmbH is seeking a Customer Service representative to support our operations in Poland. You will communicate with customers by email and phone, process domestic orders, and handle inquiries and quality issues in line with our procedures.

You will develop your skills through the department's training plan and participate in internal initiatives. The role offers an employment contract, training opportunities, a sports card, private medical care and group insurance.

Qualifications

• Processing domestic orders in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Handling enquiries, irregularities and quality complaints from internal and external customers.
