Job summary

Envipco, a leading reverse vending machine technology company, seeks a Logistics Specialist to coordinate domestic and international shipments, manage documentation, and improve logistics processes in a dynamic, global environment.

You will work closely with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, compliance, and optimal transport solutions, contributing to sustainable operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced vocational qualification in logistics or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in logistics, covering domestic and preferably international movements.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures.
• Experience with international transport documentation (CMRs, invoices).
• Ability to analyze and optimize logistics processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize, monitor, and supervise domestic and international shipments.
• Update delivery plans with carriers and stakeholders.
• Receive, verify, and distribute documents (CMRs, invoices, delivery notes, certificates).
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics activities.
• Request and evaluate quotations from carriers and freight forwarders.
• Analyze logistics operations to identify cost-effective transport methods.
• Coordinate transportation ensuring timely delivery and proper condition.
• Track inventory/orders including customs clearance.
• Prepare international transport documentation and ensure duties payment with Finance.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders professionally.
• Support aftermarket logistics processes and contribute to strategic logistics planning.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve logistics processes.

Summary:

The Logistics Specialist coordinates the movement of goods and materials from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing domestic and international logistics operations, with a strong focus on documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. It is part of the global supply chain and reports directly to the Local Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Global Logistics Manager.

Tasks:

• Organize, monitor, and supervise both domestic and international shipments.
• Update delivery plans in collaboration with carriers and stakeholders.
• Receive, verify, and distribute commercial documents such as CMRs, invoices, delivery notes, and quality certificates to relevant departments like Accounting and Warehousing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of logistics activities.
• Request and evaluate quotations from carriers and freight forwarders for road, air, and maritime transport, as well as 3PL storage solutions.
• Analyze logistics operations to identify cost-effective transportation methods and continuously seek improvements.
• Coordinate the transportation of goods and raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and proper condition.
• Track inventory and orders, including monitoring imports through the customs clearance process.
• Execute direct and indirect export operations and ensure customs clearance and timely payment of duties in collaboration with the Finance department.
• Prepare and verify international transport and shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and conformity certificates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, representing the company professionally in logistics matters.
• Support aftermarket logistics processes and contribute to strategic logistics planning.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve and optimize logistics processes.

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced vocational qualification in logistics or a related field
