Job summary

Toppan Digital Language in Poland is seeking Localization Project Managers to lead and/or support relationship building and project delivery for clients in regulated industries and government sectors, including financial services, legal, life sciences, healthcare, and market insights. Join a dynamic, multicultural environment with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).

Qualifications

University degree in translation, languages, or equivalent experience.
Fluent English.
German reading/writing at B1-B2 level.
2+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Independently lead and effectively manage the full lifecycle of translation projects from inception to completion.
Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structure based on objectives and operational needs.
Proactively lead the identification of any potential issues and resolve and close identified gaps.
Work closely and diligently with Vendor Management, Operations and Business Development teams.
Ensure project resources maintain a high level of quality and professional and ethical standards.
Participate in mentoring or training of junior colleagues.
