Job summary

Beach Bum is hiring a CRM Designer to own in-game offers, missions, and LiveOps designs across multiple live titles. You’ll design screens shown during sales, missions, and new offers, ensuring they are clear, scannable, and built to convert as content changes weekly.

You’ll collaborate with Monetization, Product, and Art teams to translate business goals into engaging interfaces that feel rewarding and scale as rewards, pricing, and campaigns evolve.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of design experience in mobile games or LiveOps.
• Portfolio with structured, componentized layouts and scalable design systems.
• Proficiency with Photoshop; hand-off ready files for engineers.
• Good illustration and UI design skills; knowledge of Figma is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Collaborates effectively across product, monetization and art teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CRM and LiveOps surfaces: offer popups, bundles, mission trackers, and event screens.
• Review screens, iterate based on feedback and performance data.
