Moon Active, a leading mobile game company, is seeking a Game Designer to own the design and polishing of playable ads, shaping game flows, and testing insights from performance data. You will work with developers to refine mechanics and drive engagement in casual mobile titles.

The role emphasizes portfolio evidence, collaboration in an agile team, and staying current with mobile advertising trends. Attitude and creativity are prized as you help elevate our playable ad experiences.

Qualifications

2+ years designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games.
Strong passion for gaming, especially casual mobile titles.
Portfolio/showreel illustrating level design craft.
Excellent communication and teamwork in agile environments.

Responsibilities

Design levels for top playable ads to excite and engage users.
Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
Collaborate with game developers to refine mechanics and experience.
Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions.
Support the team from a level design perspective across Production, QA, Art, and Design.
