Job summary

Concentrix w Katowicach poszukuje specjalisty ds. obsługi klienta. Będziesz kontaktować się z podróżnymi telefonicznie, czatowo i mailowo, aby każdy kontakt był krokiem w ich kolejną przygodę.

Wymagamy rosyjskiego na poziomie C1 i angielskiego B2. Zapewniamy stabilne zatrudnienie, pracę w nowoczesnym biurze, szkolenia i wsparcie zespołu. Wynagrodzenie 5 000 zł brutto miesięcznie przy umowie o pracę lub 32 zł/h przy umowie cywilnoprawnej.

Qualifications

• Rosyjski na poziomie C1 i angielski na poziomie B2 do codziennej komunikacji.
• Pozytywna energia i gotowość do pomocy innym.
• Elastyczny grafik, w tym praca w weekendy i święta.
• Praca w nowoczesnym biurze w Katowicach.

Responsibilities
