Job summary

Viktor is seeking a dedicated Lifecycle Owner to own activation, expansion, retention and reactivation for a PLG B2B SaaS. You will work hands-on in Customer.io, design segmentation with engineering, and drive revenue growth from day one.

You will inherit a rebuilt lifecycle system, ship weekly, and use Viktor as an AI teammate to test, personalize, and iterate. The role is Warsaw-based with some remote flexibility, and you will report to Growth.

Qualifications

• You have run lifecycle for a usage-based or PLG B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on Customer.io, including segments, campaigns, webhooks and event-triggered flows you built yourself.
• Data fluency: write SQL, live in product analytics, pull your own segments.
• Can quantify activation/retention metrics and impact.
• AI-native: work with Viktor to run lifecycle from day one.
• Owner energy: ship a rebuilt system with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Activation: own the email and in-channel nudge to convert signup to daily use.
• Expansion: drive seat and usage expansion in paying workspaces.
• Retention and reactivation: reduce churn and recover revenue.
• Advocacy engine: lifecycle comms for referrals and ambassadors.
• Segmentation and data: define roadmap and collaborate with engineering.
• Channel operations: deliverability, domains, hygiene, frequency, and quality of emails.
