Job summary

Sherpany is hiring a Growth Product Manager to lead Product Management for the Growth Acceleration squad on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will fuse product thinking, experimentation and data to shape seamless user journeys and unlock growth, collaborating across Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Analytics, Design and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Hands-on PLG experience building or scaling self-serve / try-before-you-buy motions in B2B SaaS.
• Strong product management fundamentals including discovery, prioritisation and roadmapping.
• Outcome-focused mindset with OKRs and measurable impact.
• Love of data and insights to drive decisions using analytics and funnels.
• Growth experimentation mindset with activation, onboarding and conversion focus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Product, Eng, Design, Marketing, Sales and CS.
• Clear storytelling skills and comfort working in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth roadmap by prioritising opportunities from user insights and funnel data.
• Partner with Growth, Design, Eng and Analytics to design, launch and evaluate experiments.
• Improve the self-serve / Try‑Before‑You‑Buy journey from signup to conversion.
• Define success metrics and translate learnings into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CS, Analytics, Design and Eng to align priorities.
• Communicate the why, what and progress of growth initiatives across the org.
• Maintain documentation and ensure smooth handover at the end of the maternity cover period.
