Job summary

MasterBorn invites a proactive Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our team, collaborating with US-based clients across fintech, sportstech, and medtech. You will translate client goals into actionable product plans, drive the roadmap, and ensure delivery across cross-functional Scrum teams.

You will operate within the Polish time zone while enjoying flexible work options, including 100% remote or hybrid/onsite arrangements. We value strong communication and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst of a SaaS product or managing clients in BA/PO role.
Experience working in Agile projects.
Fluent English and Polish (C1) in written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted product partner translating business goals into product direction, priorities and actionable decisions.
Understand client business models, goals, product strategy, users and success metrics to guide the team.
Work at discovery and delivery stages, connecting roadmap decisions to measurable outcomes.
Manage product roadmap and backlog with focus on outcomes, not just output.
Prepare clear requirements for the development team and ensure timely delivery.
Explain technical aspects to clients and negotiate scope where needed.
Advise clients on trade-offs between value, user needs, and time to market.
