Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice seeks a CLM-focused professional to administer digital systems for the FL team, optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management tool, and collaborate with stakeholders on updates and integrations.

You will drive process improvements, manage contracts and templates, support SOP development, and create training materials to promote adoption of legal tech across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, business or IT (bachelor/master or equivalent).
• Experience in legal tech/operations or CLM is required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; English fluent; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain CLM systems for the FL team with high adoption.
• Manage Legal Intake and Matter Management, configurations, and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and CLM roll-out projects with stakeholders.
• Oversee contracts, templates, and repository archiving and workflows.
• Support day-to-day operations, data management, and SOP development.
• Design and deliver training materials and user guides for legal tools.
