Job summary

JLL is seeking a motivated student for an internship-like role focusing on invoice verification and processing in Warsaw. You will support reporting, document management, and database updates under supervision, aiming for high accuracy and timely delivery.

This civil-contract position offers hybrid work from home and an office in the Warsaw Spire area, with opportunities for AI upskilling, training, and development within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma student or equivalent professional certification in progress.
• English language: B2/C1
• German language would be a plus
• Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word
• Communication skills and common courtesy
• Analytical skills, orientation to detail
• Eagerly cooperates with others
• Positive, responsible and 'can do' attitude

• Invoice verification
