Job summary

State Street is seeking a Learning Technology professional to manage end-to-end LMS operations and curate learning assets. The role involves integration with content providers and exposure to LXP platforms.

You will report to the Head of learning technology and curation and work in a location-agnostic setup across office cities. Collaborate with Enterprise learning solutions, talent consultancy, HR partners, and IT to implement and adopt new technologies aligned with strategic objectives,

Qualifications

• Broad experience in the Learning and talent technology space; financial institutions preferred.
• High learning agility and curiosity to learn new skills and technology.
• Experience with LMS configuration, release management, user/access management; LXP experience preferable.
• Migration management, system analysis, SSO, certificate management, API and content integration experience.
• Strong data management and MS Excel analysis skills; other tools a plus.
• Excellent project management with regional/global coordination; ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Execute learning and talent technology strategy with enterprise-wide platform management to LMS and LXP.
• Platform management and maintenance including configuration, integration, migration, and release management.
• Support day-to-day operations: maintenance, usage, reporting, integration, and administration of learning tech.
• Curate learning assets and optimize learning across the organization.
• Establish governance and structure to manage platforms.
• Manage learner experience with technology and integrations to promote a tech-enabled learning culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to offer vetted resources and align with business priorities.
