Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) in Warsaw seeks a Learning Platform Specialist to manage digital learning tools, coordinate international implementations, and maintain platforms like SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning, Speexx, and SharePoint.

The role requires 2–5 years of LMS delivery experience, strong English, and a customer-focused mindset to support HR, managers and learners across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (C1) and a Master’s degree in IT/technical field or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in delivery and management of digital learning tools (preferably LMS: SuccessFactors).
• Experience with IT technologies, processes and user support.
• Ability to upload, test, publish and maintain learning content.
• Proven ability to create reports (participation, completion, usage).
• Interest in using data to evaluate training and derive improvements.
• Experience coordinating external providers and procurement processes.
• Customer mindset towards HR, managers and learners.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the development of global solutions.
• Coordinating international implementation and rollout of digital learning platforms.
• Maintaining digital learning platforms (LMS, SharePoint, etc.).
• Managing, administering and supporting technical platform.
• Designing, delivering and operationalizing learning formats (WBTs, videos, journeys).
• Organising and supporting system-related learning processes and offerings.
• Coordinating external service providers and onboarding.
• Handling ordering and invoicing in procurement tools.
• Assisting with control activities for evaluating training measures.
