Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Learning Systems Specialist in Kraków to administer, optimize, and continuously improve our learning technology. You will manage the LMS, online content platforms, and related tools, acting as a trusted consultant on learning tech capabilities.

You’ll drive system enhancements, develop a technology roadmap, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business units to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, content libraries, or virtual learning platforms.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS administration, configuration, governance, and user access.
• Develop and maintain a learning technology roadmap for LMS and platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, course owners, and vendors on updates and features.
• Provide guidance on course design, content deployment, and learning pathways.
• Generate learning reports and dashboards to measure utilization and impact.
• Lead or support projects related to learning technology implementation.
• Oversee online content sites, digital libraries, and learning resources.
