Job summary

Alfa Laval in Kraków is seeking a proactive Learning & HR Operations Coordinator to support the global People Development function. You will coordinate training initiatives, administer LMS systems, and deliver analytics to enable informed decisions.

Reporting to the Global Learning Operations Manager, you will collaborate with international teams, enhance processes, and help create a culture of continuous development across our organisation.

Qualifications

• HR process knowledge in an international environment.
• Learning administration with LMS such as Docebo and Cornerstone.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support central and local usage of our Learning Portal (Docebo) and train HR colleagues, managers and admins in the system.
• Coordinate and administer corporate training programs and assist participants navigating the Learning Portal.
• Suggest and improve ways of working with portal administration and related processes with Process Owners.
• Provide data analytics and learning statistics.
• Update intranet pages related to Learning & Development.

About The Job

In this position you will be responsible for supporting the global People Development organization in the effective delivery of the global training and development activities by coordinating, administrating, and implementing initiatives within the area. You will report to the Global Learning Operations Manager in Krakow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting central and local usage of our Learning Portal (Docebo) and training new HR colleagues, managers and other administrators in the system
• Coordinating and administrating corporate training programs as well as supporting participants to navigate the Learning Portal
• Suggesting and improving ways of working with the learning portal administration and surrounding administration processes together with the Process Owners
• Providing data analytics and learning statistics
• Updating relevant pages on our intranet Share and HR collaboration community in relation to Learning & Development

Requirements

• HR process knowledge and experience from working in an international environment
• Learning administrative background with LMS systems like Docebo, Cornerstone
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft 365 tools
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support
• Spoken and written fluency in English
