Job summary

Bunge Kruszwica plant is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives and implement the Bunge Production System across our site in Kruszwica, Poland. You will map and optimize manufacturing and business processes, build and monitor KPIs, and lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a technical degree, hands-on CI experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Lean methodologies applied across site production.
Experience with BPS and improvement projects.
Strong analytical skills to map and optimize processes.
Knowledge of KPIs and performance metrics.
Experience training staff and managers in CI practices.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production site using Lean methodologies.
Support and drive implementation of BPS across the plant.
Analyze, map and optimize manufacturing and business processes.
Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation projects.
Develop, monitor and improve KPIs and performance metrics.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to deliver sustainable improvements.
Train and coach employees and managers in continuous improvement practices.
