Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive lean initiatives at our Kruszwica production site in Poland. You will support the Bunge Production System deployment, map and optimize processes, and lead improvement projects across functions.

You will develop and monitor KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and coach colleagues in continuous improvement practices to deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to drive improvements.
• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives at the production site using Lean methodologies.
• Support the implementation of BPS (Bunge Production System) across the plant.
• Analyze, map and optimize manufacturing and business processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead implementation projects.
• Develop, monitor and improve KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other teams and train employees in continuous improvement practices.
