Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer for the Kruszwica plant in Poland. You will drive Lean initiatives, support the Bunge Production System, and lead process optimization across manufacturing and business areas.

You will map processes, identify opportunities, and lead projects to improve KPIs while coaching teams and building strong cross-functional relationships. Competitive salary with annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in continuous improvement roles or manufacturing/engineering environments.
• English level B2 or higher is preferred.
• Strong command of MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives at the Kruszwica production site using Lean methodologies.
• Support and drive BPS (Bunge Production System) implementation.
• Analyze, map and optimize manufacturing and business processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage implementation projects.
• Develop, monitor and improve KPIs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train staff in continuous improvement practices.
