Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Warsaw seeks a Specialist, Lean, QMS to partner with middle management, drive continuous improvement, and implement initiatives aligned with GBS strategic goals. You will collaborate with global units, track CI projects, support transitions to operations, and deliver standard-work programs.

Qualifications

• Experience describing business processes.
• 2+ years of professional practice in an international environment.
• English proficiency of B2 or higher.
• Lean Yellow/Green Belt certification.
• Good organizational skills.
• Office presence at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement culture within GBS.
• Collaborate with GBS units and process stakeholders.
• Track and report CI projects and initiatives.
• Assist process transition to operations and SLA reviews.
• Support operational excellence/standard work programs for GBS.
• Design and conduct CI methodologies training sessions.
• Assist in defining and implementing new KPI for GBS services.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting framework.
• Maintain the Process Maturity Model (Maturity Matrix).
• Support documentation creation and audits per GBS standards.
