Job summary

Bunge Kruszwica plant is seeking a dedicated Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive Lean initiatives and implement the Bunge Production System across our site in Kruszwica, Poland. You will map and optimize manufacturing and business processes, build and monitor KPIs, and lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a technical degree, hands-on CI experience, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Lean methodologies applied across site production.
• Experience with BPS and improvement projects.

• Experience training staff and managers in CI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the production site using Lean methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

• Flexibility, adaptability and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
