Qualifications

• Strong experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean / CI tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and deliver local improvement opportunities.
• Define the annual project roadmap, including scope and timelines.
• Work with site HSE, Quality, and Supply Chain leaders.
