Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle in Skarbimierz Osiedle, Poland, is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer. This on-site, full-time role focuses on identifying and implementing lean improvements across production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or continuous improvement.
• Strong interest in Lean and process improvement.
• Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, SMED, Value Stream Mapping or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement with production teams.
• Support improvement projects to reduce waste and raise productivity.
• Learn and apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, RCA, SMED, VSM).
• Monitor performance metrics like OEE and productivity.
• Help implement lasting solutions and standards.
• Support PPE implementation and audits in production areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge.
• Promote safety and quality in improvements.
