Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Process Engineer – Gum Process in Skarbimierz, Poland, to optimise production processes and support the introduction of new equipment and technologies. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring smooth factory operations within the Gum Process department.

You will work closely with Production teams, analyse data, and contribute to improvement projects, driving practical solutions and tangible impact in daily manufacturing activities.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or a technical field preferred.
• Experience in process engineering or similar role.
• Interest in production processes and optimisation.
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret production data.

Responsibilities

• Optimise production processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Support new equipment and technologies within the factory.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues.
