Job summary

Elanco in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Lead, HR Operational Excellence to modernize HR service delivery by merging Lean Six Sigma with AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with Global Process Owners and HR Business Partners to streamline processes and drive agile, tech-enabled improvements. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, proven Lean/Six Sigma experience, and practical skills with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Travel is under 25%. The office is located in central Warsaw.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Significant LEAN or Six Sigma experience and a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder project rollouts.
• Strong understanding of the HR lifecycle and practical experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Gemini) including prompt engineering and agent logic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and HRBPs to identify operational friction points and lead Value Stream Mapping sessions to optimize HR processes.
• Prototype and deploy AI agents within the ElancoGPT ecosystem to handle HR workflows, policy queries, and data processing.
• Championing an AI-first mindset, moving beyond simple automation to create intelligent, autonomous agentic solutions and intelligent workflows.
• Apply LEAN tools such as Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, and Standard Work to ensure processes are optimized before applying technology.
• Lead high-visibility special projects and technology pilots using agile techniques to drive rapid results and iterative improvements.
