Job summary

UPM in Poland is seeking a Supply Planning Manager for EMEIA to lead and inspire the Supply Planning teams across the region, shaping performance and governance in a hybrid working model.

You will develop capabilities, monitor KPIs, optimize inventory, manage capacity constraints, and drive improvements using digital tools and AI-enabled solutions, while ensuring master data quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and supply chain management experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and adapt priorities
• Willingness to learn and use AI tools in daily work
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Supply Planning teams
• Develop team capabilities including succession planning and deputy coverage
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps and implement improvements
• Optimize inventory levels while achieving service targets
• Identify capacity constraints and risks, drive corrective actions
• Lead supply planning processes and governance with strong routines
• Collaborate cross-functionally for effective execution
• Drive process and tool improvements, including AI-enabled solutions
• Ensure master data quality and planning parameter governance
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and supply chain development initiatives
