Job summary

UPM - The Biofore Company's Poland site seeks a Supply Planning Manager, EMEIA, to lead and develop our planning teams. The role focuses on optimizing inventory, ensuring service targets, and cross-functional collaboration across the EMEIA region.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership and supply chain roles, strong analytics, ERP/MS Office skills, and fluency in English and Polish. Hybrid work in Poland is offered with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership and supply chain management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Able to operate in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
• Willing to learn and use AI tools in daily work.
• Confident communication in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Supply Planning teams.
• Develop team capabilities including succession planning.
• Drive planning performance by monitoring KPIs and improvements.
• Optimize inventory levels while meeting service targets.
• Identify capacity constraints, supply risks and bottlenecks, drive corrective actions.
• Lead planning processes and governance with strong routines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and digital solutions.
• Ensure master data quality and planning parameter governance.
