Job summary

Larian Studios, based in Warsaw, seeks an RPG Designer to join the worldbuilding team and help craft high-quality RPGs like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Divinity: Original Sin 2. This on-site role requires strong collaboration and storytelling skills.

You will own a game area, lead narrative and gameplay design, and coordinate with multiple departments to translate player motivations into compelling quests. An on-site, creative role suited for RPG storytelling enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Lead a creative element of the game and coordinate feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design narrative and gameplay content for a game area and own its quality.
