Job summary

Techland in Poland is seeking a Quest Designer to join our open-world RPG team in Wrocław. You will craft engaging quests, collaborate with Narration and other teams, and take ownership of quest development from concept through polishing.

You will work closely with Quest Producer and Director to maintain the creative vision, and you will participate in iterative development with Jira and cross‑functional colleagues. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the gaming industry.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quest Designer or similar role.
Strong storytelling fundamentals and narrative sensibility.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain engaging quests for players.
Collaborate with the Narration team and interdisciplinary groups to realize ideas.
Own quest elements as a Quest Designer within a cross‑disciplinary team.
Work with Quest Producer/Director to align vision and track progress.
Iterate based on feedback from directors and QA to improve quests, narration, and gameplay.
Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative quest solutions.
